What Should I Expect After Male Breast Reduction with Laser Liposuction?

• Once the procedure is done, a compression bandage or compression under-shirt garment is worn to help the skin adjust to its new body contour. The compression garment should be worn for three full days and then it will be removed little by little according to the surgeon's instructions.
• It is normal for discomfort, bruising and inflammation to appear in the operated area, which will gradually disappear.
• You can resume your daily activities as swelling subsides, approximately 2-3 days following the procedure.
• Weight lifting and other exercises can begin about two weeks following the procedure. Following laser-assisted liposuction, about 20 days after surgery, it is advisable to practice physical activity aimed at developing a muscle that is no longer hidden from excess fat.

  HIHad gynaecomastia procedure for my very embarrassing man boobs.Was very apprehensive at first about having surgery done in a foreign country, but heard a lot of good reports on turkey for plastic surgery.   I arrived in Istanbul after being provided with plenty of information regarding my procedure from Nadia who works with Flymedi. She was very helpful and polite. The day I went to meet the doctor I was amazed with the clinic, its’ cleanliness and how impressive it was overall. After a consultation with Dr. Özge himself, he gave me all the assurances I needed and we proceeded to the operation the next day. After everything was done I was discharged from the hospital the next day and a couple of days later I went to meet him again and he told me I was fine to leave.
