The first time I had some doubts about the intervențion , Due to the fact that the hair regenerates periodic, what I can say is that the result of a hair transplant is 100% successful. This revival comes after a period of 9 months waiting to see the result of the intervention. I recommend Flymedi and of course I recommend the person who was near me during the intervention Mr Mustafa. Mr. Mustafa is a person I rarely met. I can say that everything related to professionalism is on his side. I recommend to all those who want to have professional interventions, to have the highest confidence in Flymedi. Thank you Flymedi !

I came across FlyMedi online while looking for medical tourism options for septorhinoplasty in Turkey. I was contacted by FlyMedi's Nadia via email within hours of submitting for more information on their website. Nadia made herself available 24/7 via email and WhatsApp, even as I traveled across multiple time zones. Nadia provided multiple options in multiple locations with pros and cons and for each and stayed in touch throughout the process. I already recommended FlyMedi and specifically Nadia to friends and family considering Turkey for any medical tourism they may be considering. Thank you Nadia!

I'd been researching the procedure for a while and the cost in Australia was significantly higher than in Turkey. I came across the Flymedi website and within hours of submitting an enquiry, Nadia had reached out. She provided multiple quotes with different options, background on the doctors and hospitals. Nadia was available 24/7 and really helped me through everything from start to finish. Great business idea, exceptional staff and great customer service

I am really happy that I have planned my operation through Flymedi. Robin took great care of me and was always there for me and made everything possible. I had a breast lift and tummy tuck and had liposuction by Dr. Asli Datli. MedicalPark in Istanbul. she is a super doctor, the results has become very nice and was also there well cared for. Nurse Yeliz is adorable and has always been by my side. She was also always available and answered all my questions. I have felt very well, thanks again to all I am very satisfied.

Recommended For Anal Fissure Treatment

Most of the patient’s situation does not require surgery for the treatment of anal fissure. For most of the patients changing their diet to a fiber-rich one and doing sports is quite adequate. Some of the patients may need anal fissure medicines so as to heal their fissures. Only a small part of the patients requires anal fissure surgery. These patients suffer from a chronic anal fissure, which means despite the treatment, the problem reoccurs repeatedly.

Not Recommended For Anal Fissure Treatment

Anal fissure treatment surgery is not a very invasive one, and most of the people are eligible to undergo it if anal fissure medicines do not work.

Duration Of Operation

30 unites or less

Overview

An anal fissure is a condition in which there is an open sore or tears in the lining of one’s anus. Although anal fissure is mistaken for hemorrhoids commonly, these two are different medical conditions. While hemorrhoid is a condition of exposed blood vessels, anal fissure is an ulcer in one’s anus resulted by poor diet and other related factors. Therefore, hemorrhoid and anal fissure have completely different treatments. People who have anal fissure experience fissure pain and bleeding bright blood during the defecation.

Preparation

An anal fissure surgery is a minor operation. Therefore, there is no need for detailed preparation. However, you should inform your doctor about the medical problems you have and medicines you are taking. Your doctor might ask you to stop taking medications with blood-thinning qualities. The day before your operation, you will have to empty your colon.

How It Is Performed

During the anal fissure treatment operation, surgeons aim to cut the internal part of the patient’s anal sphincter, which is a muscle ring controlling the anus. By this way, an anal fissure can heal as a result of the relieving pressure on the anal fissure. Anal fissure operation is relatively a short one. Even though the anal fissure surgery is fairly a safe procedure, surgeons may choose to use general anesthesia during the operation. Since the research findings suggest that patients who were under general anesthesia are more likely to have good results in their fight with chronic anal fissure.

Recovery

The recovery period from the anal fissure treatment is around 6 weeks, only 2 weeks being away from work. The sensation of fissure pain decreases over time. It does not happen immediately. You may still feel pain for some time after the operation.

Risks

Although the anal fissure treatment is fairly a safe procedure, there are several complications which may occur such as bleeding and the perianal abscess that requires an operation as well.

Side Effects

After the anal fissure treatment operation, fecal incontinence may occur for some of the patients. Though usually, patients experience it only for a few days or weeks. A minority of the patients experience this problem permanently with the need for medical help.

Success Rates

The success rate of anal fissure treatment through anal fissure surgery is close to 100%.

Faq

-What Is Fissure?

An ulcer or a tear in one’s anal canal is called anal fissure. Fissure pain and light-colored bleeding while defecating are some of the symptoms of anal fissure. Most of the time, there is no need for anal fissure treatment, but a healthy diet is recommended.

-How to Cure Fissure Permanently?

It is recommended to have an anal fissure operation when other kinds of treatments are not effective for patients who are suffering from chronic anal fissure. With this way, the patient can have a permanent result, but sometimes it reoccurs for some of the patients.

-Is There a Fissure Treatment without Surgery?

Absolutely. Most of the patients who experience anal fissure pain do not need surgery. Rather, they are offered diet advice and some fissure medications.
