Job Description:

• Building and overseeing the company’s digital marketing strategy, road map, and tools (new user acquisition, paid search, paid ads, retargeting, etc.)
• Designing lead generation and growth-focused campaigns and strategies
• Setting KPIs to use digital marketing as an effective way of lead generation and growth in revenue generation and brand awareness
• Using social media channels in a cost-effective and ROI-based strategy
• Driving the company’s overall SEO/SEM strategy and product management initiatives
• Driving and optimizing the email marketing activities
• Managing the whole content strategy and ensuring its sustainable performance
• Analyzing and measuring the reports, interpreting the data, and assessing the performance of all campaigns
• Testing and optimizing all campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and ads in a continuous manner to ensure that maximum output is reached

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of solid proven experience especially in growth marketing(digital marketing agency experience is a plus.)
• HubSpot or relevant CRM knowledge is a must
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in lead generation, growth strategies, marketing campaigns management, SEO, SEM, paid search, social media, and product management
• Start-up experience is highly preferred
• Analytical-minded, result-oriented, creative, self-motivated, proactive, and problem solver
• Highly capable of both leading and working together in cross-functional teams in a dynamic, remote, and fast-paced work atmosphere
• Positive, energetic, and harmonious personality
• Open for moving to Amsterdam after the first year
