As a first-timer, I was a little nervous, but the team put me completely at ease from the moment we arrived. A numbing cream was applied to the treatment area, which made the procedure comfortable and stress-free. Dr B was outstanding — highly professional, knowledgeable, and wonderfully calm. She immediately put us at ease with her reassuring approach and clear explanations. We’re absolutely thrilled with the results. Friends have even commented that I look fresher and younger, without having any idea I’d had the procedure done. A true testament to the quality of the work. Smith made a follow-up appointment for us. Doctor B made minor adjustments and topped up dosage where she felt required. The entire experience was very friendly, professional and thorough. The head of this company Ms Dr. Ratana Simsuchin is very sympathique, absolutely professional, has 10 years+ experience with the application of botox, filler, laser etc… and always has a lot of time for her clients.
