Abud is the best!!

I was assigned Abud and he helped me with every possible question/concern i had. From the very beginning, before I paid anything, he helped me select the clinic and surgeon I was most comfortable with. I got held up in the lines at the airport without Wifi and left me phone calls and messages to make sure that I was ok. I also couldn’t get cash from the airport ATMs and forgot to bring adaptors, and he literally drove to my hospital to bring me a universal adaptor that he purchased with his own money, and refused to accept payment! I also wanted a different hotel and he made new reservation at the hotel of my choice, with many apologies for the original hotel. Excellent experience %100 recommend! The staff and Dr.Ugur made me feel super comfortable. Flymedi team, especially my consultant Kristie, supported me from the beginning. At the beginning, I was very hesitant about having my surgeries, especially the idea of having them in Turkey, which is a country located across the ocean of where I come from, the United States of America. When I initially started my research, I came across Flymedi, and I strongly believe that connecting with them was the best decision I have made in regards of having my desired surgeries. After entering my contact information, I was contacted from Flymedi by an agent named Abud. On one hand, Abud has been a great assist and support to my journey, as he was involved in every step throughout the process. He was very responsive to all my concerns and inquiries before and after the operations. On the other hand, everyone at the clinic that I was referred to (EstEthica) was very nice and welcoming. The in-person consultant on site (Lamia) was extremely helpful and kind. She, along with the whole clinic staff, made me feel so comfortable and made the whole trip seem as smooth as possible, despite the discomfort after the surgeries. In terms of the results, I can not speak of this just yet as it has only been a week since I have had my operations. However, I will definitely come back within a couple of months to update my review and speak about the results and any other additional notes along the way. In a nutshell, all I can say that I am grateful for everything so far, and I truly appreciate everyone that was involved in this process! P.S. as a word of advice, if you are having a hair transplant operation, I highly recommend having it at least 3 - 4 days before your departure flight back home, as the post operation instructions are a bit intense and not being in a rush would significantly help with the recovery process.

I m fine but for results it s too soon to know. Maybe in 6 to 9 months period I try as much as possible to stick to advice provided in the book.
