Excellent experience %100 recommend! The staff and Dr.Ugur made me feel super comfortable. Flymedi team, especially my consultant Kristie, supported me from the beginning. Deciding to go to Turkey was hard initially, especially during these Covid times, but now I can easily say I am glad I did it. When I arrived there the first day, I had a small problem, but Kristie quickly solved it. Thank you!!

At the beginning, I was very hesitant about having my surgeries, especially the idea of having them in Turkey, which is a country located across the ocean of where I come from, the United States of America. When I initially started my research, I came across Flymedi, and I strongly believe that connecting with them was the best decision I have made in regards of having my desired surgeries. After entering my contact information, I was contacted from Flymedi by an agent named Abud. On one hand, Abud has been a great assist and support to my journey, as he was involved in every step throughout the process. He was very responsive to all my concerns and inquiries before and after the operations. On the other hand, everyone at the clinic that I was referred to (EstEthica) was very nice and welcoming. The in-person consultant on site (Lamia) was extremely helpful and kind. She, along with the whole clinic staff, made me feel so comfortable and made the whole trip seem as smooth as possible, despite the discomfort after the surgeries. In terms of the results, I can not speak of this just yet as it has only been a week since I have had my operations. However, I will definitely come back within a couple of months to update my review and speak about the results and any other additional notes along the way. In a nutshell, all I can say that I am grateful for everything so far, and I truly appreciate everyone that was involved in this process! P.S. as a word of advice, if you are having a hair transplant operation, I highly recommend having it at least 3 - 4 days before your departure flight back home, as the post operation instructions are a bit intense and not being in a rush would significantly help with the recovery process.

I found flymedi based on a recommendation by a friend of the family, I was given Abud contact with high recommendation of his service and I was not disappointed at all ! From day one Abud was very helpful and professional. Abud found for me the suitable medical center and the perfect surgeon! He was always available day and night and on weekends as well and very patient with my unlimited questions and inquiries :) and very clear with provided information. After agreeing on the price, place, doctor and dates of the surgery, Abud took care of and planned everything from the day of arrival until the departure, including the hotel, driver, dates of surgery, consultations and more. Hi, I just recently had surgery and before I could decide the best safest choice for me. I googled a lot! Came across Flymedi and they made the overseas surgery bookings including hotel so much easier. My health consultant is very kind and sweet and still after the surgery, she still checks up on me. I m fine but for results it s too soon to know. Maybe in 6 to 9 months period I try as much as possible to stick to advice provided in the book. I m taking antihistamines drug once daily to reduce the itching feelingIn general I observed lot of professionalism in ur management and believe the technicians in the surgery were quite qualified Tx so much
