I had a great experience with flymedi last month. Their agent Mustafa helped me a lot in arranging everything from booking transportation and surgery appointment last month event before i arrived to turkey. Communication was definitely a top feature especially since I had to change the date of the surgery. My questions were answered within minutes of asking and Mustafa has been very friendly and even helped us facilitate my visit to the hospital on the day of the surgery. I really appreciate it and totally recommend their services to everyone!

I highly recommended flymedi.com. Mustafa was good assistance all the way through. From airport, hotel, and hospital. The surgeon who conduct the operation did a great job. I was hesitant at first and was scared what would be the result but waking up after the surgery I was surprised by his professionalism. Mulțumesc Flymedi!In aceasta vara am avut ocazia in Istambul sa cunosc Flymedi - o echipa de oameni profesionisti,care m-au ajutat sa imi recapat podoaba capilara,printr-un implant de par, realizat la Clinica Medical Park. Dupa o analiza minutioasa, oferita cu multa rabdare si sprijin de catre Domnul Mustafa, reprezentantul Flymedi, iata-ma ajuns in Istambul. Inca de la aeroport am fost asteptat de reprezentanta clinicii si preluat cu masina avand conditii ireprosabile si mic dejun inclus.In dimineata urmatoare mi-au fost recoltate niste analize de sange,pentru a se asigura ca totul va fi bine.Avand in vedere ca zona afectata era mare, interventia de implant a durat de la 7.30 pana la ora 20.00 seara, dar timpul a zburat repede, datorita oamenilor minunati implicati.Nu ma asteptam ca totul sa decurga asa simplu si rapid, acum sunt fericit ca am realizat acest implant, am parul dorit si ma simt minunat cu noul look! Recomand cu caldura sa apelati la serviciile ireprosabile ale Flymedi

Flymedi did everything very quickly and professional. They arranged the hospital and gave me options on which one to choose. From the first contact I was very impressed and Mustafa took very good care of my wife and I. He even took a day of work to take us to the Bosphorus. Flymedi is the company to use if you require any private medical treatment. There service to the client is better than first class. Gaziozmanpasa hospital was fantastic and ALL the staff from the Administrators to the Medical Team who were involved in my wife's breast cancer treatment were beyond excellent. They treated you as if you were the most important person there. The facilities were excellent and the hospital is immaculate throughout. A great big thank you to all involved. A special thank you to Mustafa Gamze and Elif for there personal care and attention. Mustafa is a terrific representative of Flymedi.
