I went to PPSI (Dr. Sanguan Kunaporn) for a revision after a rupture in one of my implants of 11 years. I’d clearly explained that I had always loved my previous low-profile, natural-looking implants and just wanted the same result. Instead, he chose “Full” profile implants without explaining or discussing it. He kept focusing on “better cleavage,” dismissed my feedback, and the result is the complete opposite of what I asked for - they look fake, feel very firm and uncomfortable, and have ruined my confidence. I have been raising this concern with the clinic for the past 8 months and have been dismissed constantly. At no point have they acknowledged the lack of informed consent or provided an explanation of why this decision was made without discussing it with me. I chose this surgeon for his extensive career and experience (which also meant the highest fee in comparison to his colleagues) with the expectation that he would deliver what I very clearly requested. Unfortunately it seems I picked the surgeon stuck on his idea of what implants should look like and disregards anything that doesn’t align with that.

J’avais eu des implants il y a 10 ans, mais ils s’étaient déplacés. J’ai fait une révision d’implants mammaires à Istanbul European Clinic, et je suis bluffée. I came to Istanbul for a breast implant revision after issues with a previous clinic elsewhere. The doctor here understood my concerns and fixed everything beautifully. The implants sit correctly now, and the shape is much more flattering. So relieved to finally have a result I’m happy with 😊

I had my breast implant revision here after a bad experience elsewhere. The surgeon corrected everything beautifully, and my breasts now look perfect. The whole team was professional and really listened to my concerns. I’m SO happy with my results – wish I had come here firsttt!
