From the very first day, Netty welcomed me with such warmth that I instantly felt like part of their family. She guided me through everything from how to prepare for surgery, what to eat, and every little detail to make sure I felt calm and ready. Her kindness and patience touched my heart deeply. When it was time for surgery, I was nervous because mine was a very complicated case. For seven years I had been living in a nightmare my nose was crooked and swaying to the side, and it stole so much of my confidence. I was even scared to take pictures, and I never felt truly at peace with myself. I thought no one could fix it. But after meeting Dr. Pak, I felt a special energy, trust, and comfort. That’s when I knew I was in the right hands. During the surgery, even though I was by myself, I never once felt alone. Both Dr. Pak and Netty cared for me with so much love, just like family members. They were always by my side, making sure I was comfortable and safe. The atmosphere was full of kindness, and that gave me peace in my heart. The result was beyond my imagination. Dr. Pak truly worked magic he corrected what I thought was impossible. And the best part? I felt almost no pain at all. The recovery was so smooth, and instead of fear, I felt peace of mind. Freshy decided to get double eyelid surgery with Dr. Son. Dr. Son gave excellent consultation, helping to design a look that suited her face and made her look softer. The nurses and staff were very attentive and helpful, constantly checking in and providing excellent service. The clinic was also very clean. Very impressed!
