I can't begin to explain what a wonderful experience it was having my treatment done at Estepalace. The level of care and commitment from the staff was exactly what I was hoping for and I couldn't thank them enough when I was in their company. They make you very relaxed and comfortable. I didn't experience any pain during the procedure other than the numbing jags but that was to be expected. The doctors and staff made a fantastic job of my procedure and have been very helpful in explaining to me how I look after it and treat it over the coming months. I would give the Estepalace clinic and its staff a 10 out of 10 score! I left the clinic very happy and felt like everything had went perfectly . I would highly recommend Estepalace to anyone wishing to have the treatment done they specialise in. Thankyou so much! Cameron P.

My overall experience with the hospital and Flymedi was very smooth. In fact, I was a little surprised how everything went so smoothly. I can't lie when I first decided to go to Turkey for my surgery, it was a little scary. But they make sure they guide you through the whole process, so you feel comfortable. Everybody knows what they are doing. "

Experiencia muy buena, mi contacto fue Rubi, y me guió durante todo el proceso. Mucha información antes, durante y después. Se interesó en todo momento. El viaje está perfectamente organizado, no tienes que ocuparte de nada desde que llegas hasta que marchas , te recogen en el aeropuerto te llevan al hotel el primer día, el segundo te recogen hotel y te llevan a la clínica para operación, al acabar te devuelven al hotel, al día siguiente lo mismo te recogen y te llevan a la clínica para hacer primeras curas... y por último te llevan al aeropuerto. En la intervención hay interprete al lado para cualquier duda y que nos explica todo lo que nos van a hacer en cada momento. En fin, experiencia muy buena a traves de FLYMEDI y con el contacto de Rubi que me ayudó en todo momento.
