Most patients go from first question to a booked date in two to four weeks. You set the pace, and you can stop at any step.

    Tell us what you need

    Answer a short set of questions about the treatment, your medical background and your timing. It takes about 2 minutes, your answers never appear in the URL, and photos are optional at this stage.

    A coordinator reviews your case

    A named medical coordinator reads your answers, checks which verified clinics genuinely fit, and comes back within 24 hours. If a doctor needs more information, the coordinator asks for it before anything is sent out.

    Compare 3 tailored offers

    You get three written offers with real prices, each labelled all-inclusive package or treatment only, so you are comparing like with like. Every offer names the operating surgeon, the hospital and what happens if you need a revision.

    Book your date

    When you choose a clinic, you confirm your date with a deposit and pay the balance to the clinic on arrival. Flexible payment options are available on many packages.

    Travel, treatment and aftercare

    Your coordinator sends a pre-op checklist, confirms transfers and hotel, and stays reachable while you are abroad. After you fly home you keep the same contact for follow-up questions and, if it is ever needed, revision support.

What it costs you

Nothing. Flymedi is free for patients. Clinics pay us a fee when a patient they treated came through Flymedi, which is why we can afford to publish negative reviews and refuse to sell placement.

What that means in practice

Questions about the process

Do I have to use the clinic you match me with?
No. The three offers are yours to compare, keep or ignore. Plenty of patients take an offer to a local surgeon for a second opinion first, and we would rather you did that than book something you are unsure about.
Who actually performs my operation?
Every offer names the operating surgeon. If a clinic will not confirm the surgeon in writing before you travel, tell your coordinator: that is one of the things that gets a clinic removed from Flymedi.
What happens if something goes wrong after I fly home?
Your coordinator stays your contact. They reopen the case with the clinic, and each offer states the clinic's written revision policy up front so you know what is covered before you book.
Can I do all of this on WhatsApp?
Yes. The same coordinator can take your details, send offers and answer questions on WhatsApp if that is easier than the website.
Is my medical information safe?
Answers and photos are visible only to your coordinator and the surgeons you approve, never sold, and deleted whenever you ask.
