Assoc. Prof. Raşit Cevizci

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Raşit Cevizci earned his medical degree from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Istanbul University, in 2006 and completed his ENT specialization at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Ankara, in 2011. He completed a research fellowship at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (Antoni van Leeuwenhoek).

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Raşit Cevizci served as Assistant Professor at Medipol University Faculty of Medicine (2013 to 2017) and holds the academic rank of Associate Professor (Doçent). His areas of interest include aesthetic and functional rhinoplasty, closed (scarless) rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty, otology and skull base surgery, cochlear implantation, tympanoplasty and tinnitus, and sleep apnea surgery.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Raşit Cevizci is a founding member of the Skull Base Society (Turkey) and the International Cochlear Implant Society (ICIS), and a member of the European Skull Base Society and the Turkish Ear Nose Throat and Head and Neck Surgery Association. His peer-reviewed research has appeared in Auris Nasus Larynx, focusing on cochlear implantation, otitis media and skull base surgery. He is a co-author of a study on the demographics and histopathological features of oral cavity cancers in Turkey, published in the Turkish Journal of Medical Sciences.
