I cannot find any fault the care and aftercare of Dr murat and his team show. They looked after me and were extremely helpful and reassuring from start to finish. I had a great experience! Flymedi were amazing, Kirsty would message back quickly and was always polite. Dr Murat Aynaci is a very kind and talented man. The hospital staff in the day was fantastic, however, my only dissatisfaction was staff didn’t answer the call bell at night. I waited 90 minutes before making my way to find someone and noticed every call light was on in my corridor. There was staff at the front desk. This happened the two nights I tried to request help. Once for pain and once because my drip came out. Overall my experience was great however if I traveled alone I would have been scared if no one came when requesting help in the night. Thank you so much, this is life-changing and I am so happy.
