Where a review on Flymedi comes from, what it holds, and what the site does with it once it is published.
A review is written by a patient about one clinic, and where they told us, about one treatment as well. It stays attached to that clinic: a review never moves to another one and is never counted twice.
Only approved reviews reach the site. One that has not been approved is absent rather than hidden: it is not counted, it does not reach a FlymediScore, and it is not in the page a clinic's profile serves.
Published reviews are shown newest first. The order is by date and by nothing else, so neither the rating a review gave nor the clinic it is about changes where it lands.
The FlymediScore is not the Trustpilot rating and not the number of reviews. We never merge the three into a single figure.
A clinic with no published reviews has no FlymediScore, and we show no score rather than a zero.
The FlymediScore is the average of the overall ratings that patients gave a clinic, on a 10-point scale. We do not weight it, adjust it or add an editorial opinion to it.
