This was my first hospitalization at this hospital. My family and I were very impressed. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to orthopedic specialist Dr. Waiwit Songwanwongwan. He kindly handled our case and ensured a swift treatment process. He provided valuable advice and information even before we decided to have surgery. From the beginning to the end of the surgery, he explained the treatment plan and instructions to both the patient and the family. He was very kind and patient. Also, another specialist, Dr. Phongsakorn Buppharenu, kindly provided guidance and assistance during the surgery until our discharge. All the staff in the 5th floor orthopedic ward and all the nurses and staff in Ward 21A looked after us and asked about our condition throughout our stay. I am very impressed with the hospital's services, buildings, complete facilities, modern operating rooms and equipment, and the use of new medical technologies for the benefit and safety of our patients. This gives me confidence and assurance that I made the right decision in coming to this hospital for treatment from out of town. I would like to thank the healthcare team and all the specialist staff who participated in our surgery once again. From the first day we arrived here for treatment until the day we left home, every member of staff fulfilled their duties successfully. I could feel their commitment and dedication to service. They never made me worry during my treatment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I saw orthopedics for a shoulder issue and got a very thorough exam. The doctor explained what movements were causing pain and recommended a rehab plan with clear milestones. The hospital was clean and the staff were professional.

MedPark’s fertility team was very organized. The doctor reviewed my history, explained which lab tests and scans were needed, and gave a realistic timeline for IVF. Nurses were kind and communication about appointments and medications was clear.

I went to MedPark Hospital for persistent knee pain. Registration and imaging were efficient, and the orthopedic doctor explained my MRI results clearly. I appreciated the conservative plan first (physio + exercises) instead of pushing surgery right away.

MedPark Hospital Unlike other hospitals, it's a private hospital with a spacious and airy atmosphere. There's a Starbucks on the ground floor, and on the second floor there's Blue Restaurant (SEE FAH), Salad Factory, Subway, and other restaurants. I came here for my company's annual health check-up. In the waiting area, free snacks, coffee, and water are offered while I wait for my check-up. The hospital staff are kind and provide excellent service.
