I recently underwent multiple procedures at PPSI with Dr. Piyapas Pichaichanarong, and I cannot recommend him or the entire team highly enough. From the moment I met Dr. Piyapas, I felt completely at ease. He was warm, honest, and incredibly thorough. He answered all my questions without sugar-coating anything, which I really appreciated — especially travelling alone for major surgery. What truly blew me away was the extra care he showed — knowing I'd had gastric sleeve surgery and needed extra protein for healing, he personally brought me a banana protein shake every day. That simple gesture meant so much and showed how genuinely he cares for his patients. I had quite an extensive list of procedures done: ✔️ Breast Reduction with Implants ✔️ Vaser Liposuction (Upper & Lower Abdomen, Love Handles, Lower Back) ✔️ Extended Tummy Tuck & Flankplasty (Belt Lipectomy) ✔️ Vaser Liposuction of the Circumferential Thighs (Inner, Outer, and Front Thighs) ✔️ Extended Thigh Lift They were big surgeries, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Even my GP back home was seriously impressed with Dr. Piyapas' work — so much so that he asked for his contact details to refer future patients. Emotionally, the days after surgery were tough — I was extremely emotional and couldn't stop crying, even though I didn't fully understand why. But the nurses and hospital staff were absolutely incredible. Despite the language barrier, I felt cared for, supported, and safe. They showed me so much kindness and respect, and always empowered me to believe I was improving, even on the tough days. Every time I went for my check-ups, the staff were genuinely happy to see my progress and mobility improving. It made me feel seen and celebrated. I also have to give a huge thank you to Restored Beauty Getaways, who organised this for me. From the initial booking to the daily check-ins while I was recovering, they made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. Travelling alone for such a big surgery was daunting, but with their support, I never felt alone. I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do this without them. If you're considering surgery in Thailand, I honestly couldn’t recommend PPSI, Dr. Piyapas, and Restored Beauty Getaways more. Their care, professionalism, and kindness exceeded all expectations. 10/10 — I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

he best Hospital, I think its the biggest hospital in Phuket Thailand, nice and clean. I flight from dubai to phuket for my breast implant surgery,this is my first time to have surgery. I kinda nervous and anxious but this hospital really amazing. Staff very kind and friendly, i have my breast implant with motiva, my surgeon is Dr Sanguan Kunaporn, he is so good, he make me calm, he has a great smile and very very professional, from consulting till operating he always makes me smile and calm.The hospital room like a hotel with 5 stars service, room,bathroom, my bed it’s good clean big, with tv and aircon. Every one hour nurse keep come and check my body temperature and blood pressure, I feel good and safe.The food service very delicious, people’s witnesses breast implant very very painful after woke up from surgery but I feel almost no pain, it’s feel easy and good. I can eat well, walk by my self to wash room. This feeling so amazing, the results will be great and I am really thankful.

The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. If you are considering surgery or cosmetic procedures, I recommend coming to PPSI; you will feel safer there than in a private clinic.

I have just returned to Perth after having an Endoscopic Brow Lift with Dr Piyapas Pichaichanarong, who is an incredible surgeon. I cannot rate Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute (PPSI) high enough! The team of doctors, nurses and staff members are absolutely incredible, from first point of contact via email in Australia to my last follow up appointment in Phuket two weeks after surgery. Dr Piyapas was very informative, honest and kind, I was a bit nervous about the surgery, but Dr Piyapas, and his Anaesthetist both put me at ease, and they both did a fantastic job before and after surgery. My Anaesthetist was there to wake me up, and managed my pain level straight away back in my private room, along with the lovely nurses who cared for me and checked on me hourly. The level of service at this hospital it unbelievable, the breakfast, lunch and dinners were divine, the food and drinks did not stop coming. Straight after surgery I didn’t look great, my eyes were a bit puffy but I expected worse, and the very next day I looked and felt perfectly fine, to be honest less than a week later you couldn’t even tell. Dr Piyapas, has done an incredible job, I would highly recommend him and his colleagues at PPSI. Also, Phuket is the best place for recovery, not only did I return home looking great with my new brow lift, I had a lovely sun tan, and I also felt mentally calm and relaxed.
