Prof. Hakan Başar

Prof. Dr. Hakan Başar completed his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine (English-language program) in 2004 and his specialization in orthopedics and traumatology at Marmara University, where he also served as a research assistant from 2005 to 2010.

Prof. Dr. Hakan Başar is an orthopedics and traumatology specialist. He was a specialist physician and later associate professor at Sakarya Training and Research Hospital (2011 to 2017), associate professor at Taksim Training and Research Hospital, University of Health Sciences Gaziosmanpaşa (2017 to 2019), and has held the title of Professor at Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital, University of Health Sciences, since 2022. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology (TOTBİD) and TOTDER.
