Op. Dr. Songül Dursun

Op. Dr. Songül Dursun trained at Selcuk University Meram Faculty of Medicine and completed her ENT specialization at Ankara Training and Research Hospital.

Op. Dr. Songül Dursun is an ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist with 8 years of experience. Her areas of interest include open, closed, ultrasonic and Piezo rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, septoplasty and septorhinoplasty, ear surgery, face and neck procedures, endoscopic sinus surgery, chin augmentation, jaw implants, eyelid surgery, facial fat injection, and tonsillectomy and adenoid surgery. She is a Fellow of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and holds proficiency certification from the Turkish ENT-BBC Association General Assembly. She is co-author of a study on the role of nasopharyngeal examination and biopsy in diagnosing malignant disease, published in the Brazilian Journal of Otorhinolaryngology (2019), and of a panel-based study on the accuracy and safety of ChatGPT-4o responses in rhinoplasty postoperative counseling, published in Acta Oto-Laryngologica (2025).
