I have been checking a lot of websites to compare, then I found flymedi. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. I spoke to Kristie, she was prompt and professional. I felt comfortable speaking with the team. Later, they assigned me a coordinator, can, who was very helpful when I was in turkey. My only concern was the transportation and the hotel stay after the surgery. But flymedi also helped me to arrange those and everything went fine. I already recommended their service to my friends.

They made my surgery process as easy as possible. Doktor Hasan was very attentive and explained what to do during the healing process in detail. I like my helpers; Ahmed and Kristie They answered every question I had, and they arranged the pick-ups between the hotel and the clinic. From beginning to end, everything was taken care of.

I want to thank all the team involved with my journey! I wouldn't make it if my consultant (Angela) weren't so kind from the beginning. I love how she replied to everything day and night. When arrived there, they arranged all the transfers between airport and the clinic. The people in the clinic were really friendly & professional. Special thanks to Dr Hakki. He understood me perfectly.
