IVF using both donor eggs and donor sperm cannot be carried out in Turkey, because Turkish law allows assisted reproduction only with the gametes of the couple being treated. This page explains what double donation is, how it differs from embryo donation, where it is permitted in Europe, and why legal parenthood and disclosure need settling before anything else.
Figures are ranges, not promises. Suitability needs an individual assessment by a doctor.
Each clinic sets its own price, so check what the price includes before comparing two of them.

Double donation, meaning IVF with both donor eggs and donor sperm, cannot be carried out in Turkey. Turkish law allows assisted reproduction only with the eggs and sperm of the couple being treated, so donation of either gamete is prohibited and donation of both is doubly so. No clinic in Turkey can provide this lawfully.
It is worth being precise about what double donation is, because it is the treatment where the consequences are largest. Eggs come from one donor and sperm from another, they are brought together in the laboratory, and the resulting embryo is transferred to you. The child has no genetic link to either parent. That changes the legal position, the disclosure question and, in several countries, whether the treatment is permitted at all.
The two are often quoted interchangeably and they are different things. In double donation, eggs from one donor and sperm from another are combined to create embryos for you. In embryo donation, you receive embryos that were already created by another couple during their own treatment and were then donated.
The difference matters because the consent chain, the availability and the law are not the same. Embryo donation depends on another couple's decision about their surplus embryos; double donation is arranged for you from two separate donor programmes. Some countries permit one and restrict the other, so ask which one is actually being proposed and get it in writing.
If only the eggs need to be donated, see donor egg IVF. For treatment with your own eggs and sperm in Turkey, see IVF in Turkey and IVF with ICSI.
Double donation is where European law diverges most. Spain permits it and has the largest donor programmes on the continent. France prohibits the use of both donated gametes in the same treatment, even though it permits donation of one. Other countries sit between the two, and rules on who may be treated, on anonymity and on the maximum number of families per donor differ as well.
So a country that is right for donor eggs is not automatically right for double donation. Confirm the current position for the specific treatment you need, with the clinic and, where it matters, with a lawyer at home, before you pay a deposit.
