It is the name Thai clinics, and their patients, give to a full smile makeover: a matching set of veneers or crowns across the teeth that show when you smile, usually after whitening the rest, sometimes with a little gum reshaping. Bangkok price lists call the same thing a smile makeover or smile design, and the clinics in the listing below quote it by the number of teeth covered rather than as one fixed item.
