Gynecomastia surgery (or “male reduction mammaplasty” more technically) is a plastic surgery procedure to reduce breast size, flattening the chest contours, and improving the breast shape in men. Gynecomastia is a condition that affects boys and men through the development of large mammary glands. In serious cases of this condition, the weight of excess breast tissue may cause the breasts to sag and stretch the areola. In such severe cases, the position and size of the areola can also be improved, and excess skin may be removed.

Liposuction is one of the most popular cosmetic surgery procedures that remove excess fat from the body. It’s basically a body contouring process. People usually get liposuction to improve the shape or contours of their body by getting rid of extra fat from areas such as the thighs, hips, buttocks, abdomen, arms, neck, or back. The fat in those areas are usually stubborn, and most people cannot get rid of them through diet and exercise. Although the procedure gains people a more shaped body, it isn’t a weight loss treatment. The procedure is accepted as a safe surgical process however it has risks and possible complications as with any major surgery.
