All-on-6 dental implants in Turkey: prices and clinics

The number that matters is not the headline price. It is the price, the arch it covers, and the list of things that are not in it.

What you will actually pay

€5,400 to €9,000 per arch, with most quotes landing around €8,200 (Treatment only, checked 7 October 2026). That is the spread across the clinics on Flymedi that publish an All-on-6 price. The others quote after they have seen your scan, which is usually a good sign rather than a bad one.

Read the shape of that range, not just the lowest number in it. One clinic sits below €7,000 and the rest cluster higher, so anchoring on the bottom of the range will make every serious offer look expensive. Three things move the price: the implant system, the material of the final bridge, and whether that bridge is in your quote or billed on the second trip. Get those three in writing and you can compare clinics properly.

Turkey against the UK

This is the gap that brings most people to this page.

UK practices set their own private fees, and a written UK quote for a six-implant arch usually covers the consultation, surgery, temporary teeth and the final bridge. Ask a UK practice for that complete price, and compare it with a Turkish quote for the same work, line by line.

Price is the real reason this treatment moves abroad, so count the flights and the second trip on the Turkish side before you compare.

Ask before you pay a deposit

• Is this price for one arch or both?
• Why six implants in my case, and not four?
• Which implant brand and model, exactly?
• Is the final bridge included, or only the temporary one?
• What material is the final bridge?
• Are extractions included?
• Is the CBCT scan included?
• What would change this quote after the scan?
• Who places the implants, and what are their qualifications?
• What happens if an implant does not integrate?
• What happens if the temporary bridge breaks?
• Who handles complications once I am home?
• Will I get my implant passport and component details?
• What does the warranty cover, and for how long?

Six implants cost more than four in Turkey. Two 2025 studies found no meaningful difference in implant survival or bone loss over five years.

You will be told that more implants mean more strength. It sounds obvious, and it adds to the price of every jaw, so it is worth checking. Two recent studies put four against six directly. Neither found a statistically significant difference.

So the implant count is not a quality dial you turn up by paying more. It follows your jaw. Six suits you when there is solid bone at the back to hold them, when your bite loads the bridge hard, or when the plan needs support further back. Four suits you when that rear bone is thin and angling the back implants uses what you already have. 3 Either way, the right answer comes from your scan, and it is worth hearing before you pay for the larger option.

• Implants per arch. All-on-4: 4. All-on-6: 6.
• Rear implants. All-on-4: usually angled, commonly about 30 degrees, to use bone further forward [3]. All-on-6: more often placed upright, which needs usable bone further back.
• Bone needed. All-on-4: designed for jaws with less bone at the back. All-on-6: generally needs more bone at the back, or a graft to create it.
• Turkey price, per arch. All-on-4: €5,000 to €7,950 (Treatment only). All-on-6: €5,400 to €9,000 (Treatment only).
• If one implant fails. All-on-4: fewer supports remain, so the effect is larger. All-on-6: more supports remain, though a failure still needs assessment.
• Cleaning. Under the bridge either way. More implants means more surfaces to keep clean.

The other options

Ask the clinic to explain why it is recommending a particular number of implants for your jaw, and what it would do differently if the scan showed less bone than expected. You are a candidate for All-on-6 if you:

• Have lost, or are about to lose, most or all of the teeth in a jaw
• Wear a full denture and want something fixed in place instead
• Have enough bone at the back of the jaw to hold six implants, or are willing to have a graft to create it
• Are in reasonable general health, with any long-term conditions well controlled
• Can commit to cleaning under the bridge daily and to regular check-ups

Your dentist confirms this at your consultation, after an examination and a CBCT scan. Photographs alone cannot settle it.

These do not rule you out, but they change the plan

• You smoke. Pooled data put early implant failure in smokers at roughly twice the odds of non-smokers, and higher again in the upper jaw. 4 Expect to be asked to stop, or at least pause, around surgery.
• You grind your teeth. Bruxism is linked to a materially higher risk of implant failure. 5 It also stresses the bridge, so it changes the material and may mean a night guard.
• You have gum disease. Active infection is treated first, not alongside the implants.
• You have lost bone. Common if you have worn a denture for years, and the usual reason six implants need a graft first.
• You have diabetes or another long-term condition. How well controlled it is matters more than the diagnosis.
• An implant has failed before. Worth investigating properly before repeating the same approach.

Will you need a bone graft?

Six implants need six usable sites, and the back of the jaw is where bone is most often missing. That is the honest trade-off: where the rear bone is thin, a clinic can graft to create the room for six implants, or plan four with the rear pair angled to use the bone that is already there. 3

So All-on-6 does not automatically avoid grafting, and it does not automatically require it. What decides it is bone height and width, the shape of the ridge, where your sinus sits in the upper jaw, where the nerve runs in the lower jaw, and the bridge the dentist plans to fit. Where bone loss is severe, a sinus procedure, a different implant layout or a specialist option may be discussed. Those are separate procedures with their own risks and costs, not routine upgrades.

Only the CBCT scan settles this. Any clinic promising "no bone graft" before it has seen your scan is guessing.

What the scan is actually looking for

• How much bone height and width you have, front and back
• Where your sinus sits, in the upper jaw
• Where the nerve runs, in the lower jaw
• Bone quality, not just quantity
• Any infection around remaining teeth
• How your jaws meet when you bite
• How much room there is for the bridge itself

These are what decide whether six implants fit, whether four is the better plan, and whether a graft is needed first.

This is the part dental tourism marketing tends to skip, and it is the part UK dentists see most often. In a British Dental Association survey of 1,000 UK dentists, 86% reported treating patients who had developed problems after treatment abroad, implants were named by 85% as a treatment likely to need follow-up work, and 65% said putting problems right cost patients at least £500. 8

That is not an argument against treatment in Turkey. It is an argument for choosing a clinic that plans for the part after you leave, and for taking your paperwork home with you.

The General Dental Council advises UK patients to research treatment abroad before committing, and to ask who will carry out the treatment, what their qualifications are, how often they have performed the procedure, and whether they are registered with a professional body. 9 Telling your own dentist you are going means they hold your history if something needs attention later.
