(Chin and neck liposuction) great experience with Abud

I found flymedi while I was looking for a doctor in Istanbul to do a chin and neck liposuction. Abud from Flymedi contacted me and he was great from the beginning until even after I went back home, he took care of everything and was always available, definitely the right person for this experience! My doctor (Dr Ozge Ergun) was also great, I'm very satisfied and I can only recommend Flymedi, the best place to find your treatment!

5* service

From start to finish my experience with Flymedi was exceptional. The coordinator, Abud worked hard at finding the right surgeon for me. He was constantly in contact while I was away to ensure everything went smoothly. I honestly could not be happier with the company. Dr Ozge has done an exceptional job too. Thank you Abud for making me feel confident again!

Great Service

After a long research for hair transplant, I came across Flymedi. I had several reasons to get this service from them such as getting rid of the bureaucratic process, handling accommodation issues, personal assistant, etc. I felt comfortable once it is done by Flymedi as full of customer-oriented style, I was just worried about the surgery which went well too! Thank you Flymedi team. Make sure that I will be letting people know your passion for helping patients who admit to have surgery done in Poland.

Recommended For Dentures

Dentures are suited for many patients, including the young and the elderly. If the patient has a set of healthy teeth, obviously dentures are not needed. Mostly it is believed that only the elderly have false teeth, but this assumption is wrong. It is important to replace the missing teeth as it might cause pressure to the remaining teeth, and it might result in more teeth loss.

Not Recommended For Dentures

Since there are different types of dentures that are complete and partial dentures, the patient might be suitable for one of them and not for the other. Your doctor would be deciding on the type of dentures according to your condition.

Minimum Stay

1 to 4 weeks

Overview

Dentures also called false teeth are removable teeth that are usually made of acrylic (plastic union nylon or metal. Dentures are made to replace the gap of the missing teeth. False teeth are fit snugly over the gums. Also having dentures eliminates the issues caused by teeth gaps. Dentures can be performed for a single tooth, multiple teeth, or all the teeth.

Gaps caused by missing teeth might cause problems in eating and speech. This situation may affect one's self-esteem, as well. The patient would gain many different benefits from the properly fitted dentures.

Preparation

In the first appointment, the patient and the dentist would make a treatment plan and prepare for the procedure. During this time, your dentist would give you a guideline to follow before the procedure.

How It Is Performed

Dentures can be made as a complete or partial denture depending on the patient’s condition.

•Complete dentures: A complete dentures are made if the patients need all their upper or lower teeth to be removed. Also, a complete denture can be made to replace an old full denture as well.

•Partial dentures: A partial denture is made when the patient is missing one or more teeth that need to be filled. It can be made of plastic, nylon or metal.

Your dentist would measure your mouth and decide on the best option for you.

Recovery

At first, the patients might experience soreness in their gums, but it can be eased with a denture pain relief gel. The patient may experience difficulties in eating and speaking for some time, but these would pass as the patient gets used to the false teeth which last for around 2-4 weeks.

Risks

Since it is a non-invasive procedure, there is no significant risks or complications related to the dentures.

Side Effects

Some of the patients experience increased salvia and nausea as a result of the new dentures. However, these effects disappear as the patient gets used to the dentures. Also, when the patient gets the false teeth, the patient might experience irritation initially. The patients might experience difficulties in eating and speak as well but these problems are overcome as the patient gets used to the false teeth.

Success Rates

Dentures have a high success rate and generally, they fit very well. However, it is possible to experience some problems in the long-term and when you do, you should see a dentist.

Before And After

With the help of the dentures, the patient would have improved speech and eating capabilities. Also, with false teeth, the patients would feel more self-confident. In addition, you should pay attention to the hygiene of your dentures as well.

Faq

-When will I get used to the false teeth?

In around 2- 4 weeks the patient gets used to the dentures and the patient no longer experiences any problem with eating, speaking, etc.

-Are false teeth painful?

The patient might experience soreness in certain places where the new dental appliance is made but with denture pain relief gel it can be eased. In the long-term, the patient would not feel any pain if so, your doctor should check it.
